Note
Part of the 4th edition of The Damage Done: Original Demotape 1981. This new edition is actually the first run out of a new pressing with different matrices, but with the same content and title as the three previous editions of The Damage Done.
The fourth edition is allegedly limited but not numbered. It consists of seven colors issued in the same black and gold sleeve. All colors come with black and yellow printed Head & Stars labels.
